Please note that items that have been washed, worn, or altered are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

3. How to Return an Item

Return Shipment: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds
After we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping as part of a promotion and return an item that causes your total order amount to fall below the minimum threshold for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same process as a return and place a new order for the desired item. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer direct exchanges at this time.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at service@qamuze.top with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective product. We will offer a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
